Vegetarian and Vegan food options are available upon written request prior to the commencement of the tour.

Deposit.
An AUD $200.00 deposit per person is required to secure your booking with the final and total payment payable no later than 60 days prior to the commencement date of the tour. Confirmation of booking will be provided upon receipt of initial deposit. Receipts will be provided for all monies received. Payment of deposit constitutes a confirmation of your booking.
Cancellation.
If cancelling prior to final payment, the deposit is non-refundable. After final payment is received a cancellation fee of approximately 75% applies. This percentage may be less depending on any non-recoverable out-of-pocket costs we have incurred on your behalf - hotel reservations, admissions, tickets etc. A cancellation fee of 100% is applicable within 14 days of travel. In certain circumstances your travel insurance policy will cover most or all of the cancellation fee. Please read your travel insurance policy carefully.
If payments are not received by the due dates the reservation will be cancelled with no refund of fees paid. No refund will be issued to those failing to join their tour, or for tour accommodation or any other services not utilised, or for a partially completed tour.
Refunds will be made in the event of cancellation of the tour by Pete's Travelling Pans unless such a cancellation is caused by "Force Majeure" which includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, weather, earthquake or natural disaster.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are current at date of printing this itinerary. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to alter quoted prices without notice. This will only happen in the case of significant currency fluctuations.
Travel Insurance.
Travel Insurance is compulsory for participation on the tour. Pete's Travelling Pans recommends that your policy covers against personal accident and sickness, medical expenses, personal liability and emergency repatriation. We also recommend that the policy covers cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.
Visas and Passports.
A valid visa is required for entry into Sri-Lanka as is a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining. Clients are responsible for the financial costs of same.

Lost/Stolen Property.
Although we will endeavour whenever possible to assist with any lost or stolen property, we cannot accept responsibility for same.
