Spice WhispererPieter SiebelPete has been in the hospitality business for over 3 decades, beginning his career working in hotels in Sri Lanka. Since arriving in Australia in 1984, he has worked in a variety of locations including conference centres, clubs, cafes and restaurants. Pete has also set up and operated his own award winning cafes, restaurant and wine centre in North Central Victoria.
Since selling the business in 2010, Pete has worked as a restaurant manager/ hospitality teacher. He also owns and operates a food production business that produces a range of fresh vacuum packed curry paste, chilli sauces, pickles and chutneys, and is accredited with the Victorian Farmers Market Association (VFMA). |

Learn to cook with Pete
Pete has been in the hospitality industry for 40 years! During this time he has worked in hotels, resorts, cafes, restaurants and clubs.
Pete has owned and operated his own cafes, restaurant and wine centre, this included the acclaimed 'Kilmore Town Hall Cafe and Restaurant'. Pete continues to teach hospitality skills in secondary schools and private training Institutions. Cooking classes can be run at your home (minimum of 6 people required), or at a commercial facility in Kilmore Victoria. |
What's included:
4 hour cooking class. Demonstrations and hands-on tutoring by Pete. All participants prepare and cook their own meals. All equipment and utensils provided. All recipes and work plans provided. |
