Pete's Chilli jam is made with fresh chilli and pure honey and is perfect for people who cannot have sugar in their diet. Packed with flavour and low in spiciness it  makes a great spread for sandwiches, hamburgers and wraps. Seeni sambol, also known as sweet onion relish or spicy caramelised onion relish is one of the famous Sri Lankan cuisines. Sri Lankan people make Seeni sambol very often at home. This particular dish is a combination of sweetness, spiciness, and sourness. Great as an accompaniment for curries, spread over toast with soft cheese or used to spice up a meal.

Pete's Onion Marmalade

Pete's Onion Marmalade is perfect with cheese, as a spread for sandwiches and hamburgers and as an accompaniment to steaks, roast beef and BBQ'd meats. Serve over grilled sausages and mash for a twist on the original dish. Try it on scones with Camembert or Brie cheese or for a different take on pizza, spread a base with the onion marmalade and top with blue cheese or Gorgonzola.

Use as an accompaniment on cold meat and cheese platters or serve on crostini toast with goats cheese. For a quick snack use it as a topping on the humble cheese toast.
