Pete has been in the hospitality business for over 3 decades, beginning his career working in hotels in Sri Lanka.
Since arriving in Australia in 1984, he has worked in a variety of locations including conference centres, clubs, cafes and restaurants.
Pete has also set up and operated his own award winning cafes, restaurant and wine centre in North Central Victoria.
Since selling the business in 2010, Pete has worked as a restaurant manager/ hospitality teacher. He also owns and operates a food production business that produces a range of fresh vacuum packed curry paste, chilli sauces, pickles and chutney.
Pete is accredited with the Victorian Farmers Market Association (VFMA). You can find him at the following accredited farmers markets;
1st Saturday - Woodend.
1st Sunday - Tallarook.
4th Saturday - Lancefield.

This business has been accredited by the
